NATIONAL EPIDERMOLYSIS BULLOSA AWARENESS WEEK 2007

WALK A MILE IN MY SHOES
RELAY-RALLY

EB Relay Event
Route Details
October 25-31, 2007

Below you will find the route details in Google maps where possible, as well as other maps and links to show you the route. Where necessary, we will have a police escort - and we thank the police organizations in all areas for being so accommodating and supportive! For details about the Rallies and parking information, please see the Rallies page on the website.

The EB Advocacy Team will travel approximately 500 miles per day, and interact with participants wherever possible. ZOOM in for details on the Maps, or click on SATELLITE view for a more realistic image. Many of the places we will travel through and roads and bridges we will travel over are historically significant - much like our first officially-celebrated NATIONAL EB AWARENESS WEEK and first NATIONWIDE AWARENESS CAMPAIGN!

Most days, the EB Advocacy Team will travel on major roads initially (for expedience), then switch to secondary roads as we approach each day’s destination city and Rally, where we hope Relay participants will focus their efforts. Participation is limited to roads where walking or cycling is allowed.
See Rallies page on this website for further Rally details.

* Route 4 - Sunday, October 28 *

The Map below shows our destination as the Aurora Airpark - we will meet up with a Motorcycle Rally group here, then continue on. The on-foot route will be shown in a map supplied by Denver Children's Hospital EB Clinic very shortly, as they have just recently moved and the roads are too new to be shown on Google Maps. Please watch for these details to be posted soon!
