To assist as a volunteer Coordinator, please complete the following, to receive more information. You will receive a response from the Event Organizer confirming receipt of this form, and will be advised of additional details as soon as logistics and marketing tools are finalized.
As a Coordinator, you will be listed on the website, after the Event Organizer has reviewed the nature of your specific participation through personal communication and confirmed such details with you. As a leading advocate for this event, you will receive a "Handbook for Coordinators" by the end of May, to assist you in participating at this level.
* As you will have additional responsibilities (to be determined) and may receive mail, Coordinators are required to give a complete physical address and phone number.
However, the primary form of communication will be email, due to the time constraints of this event.

I can help as a "Coordinator" to contact government officials, such as mayors, congresspersons, governors, senators, etc., and ask them to issue a proclamation for NATIONAL EPIDERMOLYSIS BULLOSA AWARENESS WEEK publicly and on their websites!
I can help as a "Coordinator" to recruit participants for the EB Relay, including clubs and organizations across the nation!
I can help as a "Coordinator" to solicit and secure SPONSORS for the EB Relay and Rallies, for items such as signage, water bottles, event T-shirts and goodie bags for participants, etc.!
I know a skilled Photojournalist or Videographer who may volunteer their talents for the entire journey and travel with the Event Organizer's Team across the nation (give details below, please, so that we can contact them)!
I can help with follow-up "thank you" letters to participants and sponsors after the event!
