EB Relay's Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy on the Internet is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on the Main Page and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

What information does EB RELAY collect and how will it be used?
An initial email is sent to many parties in the community, to alert them to this event. When you visit the "Walk a Mile in My Shoes" EB Relay-Rally website, our forms may ask you to provide contact and demographic information (i.e., your name, email address, etc.). We may use the contact information from these forms to send you information or news related to the EB Relay, if you check off those boxes. We may also contact you directly regarding one of the other boxes you have checked off, to provide further information. You may opt out of receiving future mailings by sending us an email indicating this is your choice.

What about "cookies?"
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Since you do not have to 'log in' to our site to view it, there are no cookies stored, and cookies do not contain any personally identifying information anyhow. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without accepting cookies, you can still view all of the features throughout the EB Relay website. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk.
